The Wallingtons moved from Sydney to established their vineyard in 1990. Since Anthony's death in 2003, Margaret and her four daughters have continued to produce carefully crafted wines, embracing the principals of organic and biodynamic agriculture. They also grow olives, and raise sheep and cattle on their 400 hectare property.
The winemaking and tastings take place on site in their unusual Straw Bale Winery.
Cellar door tastings and sales are held at the winery. Both individuals and groups interested in tasting wine and exploring wine making are more than welcome to arrange a private tasting and tour of the vineyard and winery. They also cater for celebrations, special events or groups wanting to enjoy lunch or dinner at the winery .
The Winery Cottage is available for farm stay, it has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to eight adults comfortably.
